Spent allot of time cleaning the 5 years accumulation of leaves and dirt from the roof of the Florida room. The vines running up the
side of the wall above the Florida room were growing out of the dirt on that roof. Removed vines. Spent a couple of days doing a very
thorough pressure cleaning. Brush primed allot of wood repairs made by the roofers. Would spray on some body paint and then brush
it in. Hand brushed most of the front of the house, then went back to spraying and brushing it in. Used expandable aluminum walk
boards on roof of Florida room to safely work there.
Did a two tone front door with the trim color and the dark green door color. Hand brushed the main front area and garage door and
the two gabled front areas, then went back to spraying on and brushing it in. Anyway the whole house got the paint worked in with
a brush. So it is a hand brushed house. Should get a solid 8 years from this paint job and could be stretched to 10 by keeping the
house pressure cleaned.
